Payment & Subscription Information (EasyPaisa)
When you subscribe via EasyPaisa, we may collect and process subscription-related data including your mobile number (MSISDN), EasyPaisa transaction details, subscription status, billing cycle information, and recurring payment authorization status. Payments are processed securely through EasyPaisa and authorized payment partners. Ersaal Hub does not store sensitive payment credentials such as EasyPaisa PINs or passwords.
Device Data – Device type, operating system, network details, and app version.
Usage Logs – Anonymous activity data, timestamps, error reports, and other technical information used for performance improvement and troubleshooting.
Feedback, support requests, or surveys provided voluntarily to help us improve the Service.

By subscribing to Ersaal Hub through EasyPaisa, you expressly authorize Ersaal Hub, EasyPaisa, and authorized payment partners to process subscription payments from your EasyPaisa account or authorized payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
The subscription fee is PKR 300/Month.
An initial charge of Rs. 1 may be collected as a trial charge to activate your subscription and complete account linking. The Rs. 1 trial charge does not represent the full subscription fee. The full subscription fee of PKR 300 will be charged after the trial period unless you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.
Your subscription is valid for 30 days and will automatically renew every month unless cancelled by you through the Ersaal Hub application.
Certain features may require limited permissions, such as SMS, storage, notification, or internet access, depending on the functionality being used. Permissions are used only for their stated purposes and can be managed through device settings.
Ersaal Hub may use trusted third-party services such as analytics providers, hosting platforms, and EasyPaisa billing systems to operate and improve the Service. These partners may use cookies or anonymous identifiers to analyze usage trends and support subscription management. All third-party providers are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. While no system is fully secure, we continuously work to improve our security measures.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as race, religion, political views, or health information. Please avoid sharing such details through the Service.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and complies with applicable PTA regulations.
