Welcome to Ersaal Hub, a digital communication and messaging service designed to simplify message management through features such as messaging, scheduling, reminders, and organization. By subscribing to or using our services through the EasyPaisa payment gateway, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may discontinue use at any time.
By subscribing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, forming a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Ersaal Hub, in partnership with EasyPaisa and its authorized partners ("we", "our", "us").
We may update or modify these Terms periodically to reflect service improvements or regulatory requirements. Any material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels, and continued use will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service is available to users in Pakistan who subscribe through the EasyPaisa payment gateway.
Users must have a valid EasyPaisa-enabled payment method to subscribe and access the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that all subscription details are accurate and that your device and EasyPaisa account or wallet status allow uninterrupted service access.
By subscribing through EasyPaisa, you agree to be charged according to the subscription plan.
The Service is billed at PKR 300 per month.
An initial charge of Rs. 1 may be collected as a trial charge to activate your subscription and complete account linking.
The Rs. 1 trial charge does not represent the full subscription fee. The full subscription fee of PKR 300 will be charged after the trial period unless you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.
The Service renews automatically every month unless cancelled before renewal. Subscription fees are deducted through the EasyPaisa payment system or authorized payment method.
Monthly Package: Valid for 30 days from the time of activation.
The subscription automatically renews every month if sufficient funds are available in the EasyPaisa account or linked payment method at the time of renewal.
Failure to maintain sufficient balance may result in suspension or termination of service access.
You may unsubscribe at any time through the Ersaal Hub application.
If you cancel during the trial period, the PKR 300 subscription fee will not be charged.
If you cancel after the trial period, cancellation will prevent future recurring charges. Any subscription payment already processed will not be refunded.
Once unsubscribed, access to applicable premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period, where applicable.
No refunds are applicable for partially used subscription periods.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You agree to use it solely for personal and lawful purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient EasyPaisa balance or payment authorization for recurring charges.
You must not misuse, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any Service content or functionality except as permitted by applicable law.
All payments are securely processed through EasyPaisa and its authorized payment partners.
All charges are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified billing errors or as required by applicable law.
If you experience any billing issue or duplicate charge, you may contact customer support for resolution.
All Ersaal Hub content, software, graphics, design elements, and other Service materials are owned or licensed by Ersaal Hub. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal purposes only.
We may occasionally enhance or modify features, pricing, or subscription plans to improve the Service experience. Significant updates may be communicated through SMS, in-app notifications, or official EasyPaisa channels.
While we strive to provide a reliable Service, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, device limitations, or third-party dependencies.
Neither Ersaal Hub nor EasyPaisa shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably between the user and Ersaal Hub/EasyPaisa support teams.
